The Sports and Fitness Recovery Massage includes special massage techniques and modalities to help assist in muscle recovery and repair from continued use and repetitive motion. The 90-minute Sports and Fitness Recovery Massage consists of a 30-minute stretch session and 60 60-minute sports massage.
Prenatal Massage – 60 mins $135
Designed for moms-to-be, the prenatal massage helps ease muscle tension associated with pregnancy while providing total mind and body relaxation. Must be at least 20 weeks pregnant to book this service. *Kimberly Nicole is Prenatal Massage Certified*

The Postnatal Massage is an excellent service designed for the “fourth trimester” and beyond custom-tailored to suit new moms’ needs.

Experience percussive movements with machine technology to help loosen fascia and dense muscles. The massage gun is an excellent add-on to sports, stretch, and deep tissue massage to help achieve greater benefits in relaxing the muscles and increasing mobility.
Heated Muscle Scraper- $25
Heat meets Traditional Chinese Gua Sha techniques to help loosen facia and muscle adhesions. This is a perfect add-on to sports and deep tissue to help aid muscle recovery and pain relief.
“Better Than Paraffin” Hand Treatment- $22
A custom hand experience with an eco-friendly, plant-based cube that melts into the skin for total hydration and moisture. A gentle hand and arm massage are performed with this service.
Hair and Scalp Oil Ritual –30 min $45
Hair and Scalp massage using gua hair stones to help invigorate the scalp, relax the mind, and indulge your senses. Hair is wrapped in a warm steamed towel to allow organic hair oils to nourish the scalp and hair. Please note: clients will leave with dampened hair. This is a perfect ritual add-on to any facial or massage service.

This facial uses a special skin care device that creates small openings or “channels” in the skin in which a growth factor serum helps generate skin cellular repair. This is a perfect treatment for acne scarring, pitted acne and skin, fine lines, wrinkles, and collagen, and those looking for Botox alternatives or to help prolong the results of Botox. Best performed in a series of 3-5 treatments. Discount is given off of package purchase.

Advanced Skin Therapy
Acne Clearing Facial Program- *45 mins $80
This dedicated facial program is designed to address the three main types of acne: mild, moderate, and severe with custom facials, specialized at-home products, and health and lifestyle guidelines to help clear the skin. Facials must be booked in series and are performed bi-weekly to help clear acne and address additional skin care concerns associated with breakouts. This program is also recommended for acne rosacea clients.
*Must be booked in a series of three to six consecutive appointments every two weeks.
LED Acne Facial – 80 mins $170
This customized facial is designed to help address breakouts and hyper-pigmentation associated with acne using active cosmeceutical ingredients and LED (light-emitting diodes) light therapy to help kill acne-causing bacteria and heal the skin. A complimentary mask upgrade for breakouts and pigmentation concerns is included with this service.
