Covid-19/Safety and Sanitation Procedures
• HEPA Air Purifier in every treatment room and common area
• UV Sterilization, Sanitation, and Disinfection are standard protocol procedures for all equipment, esthetic tools, and spa boutique areas.
• All implements are sanitized, disinfected, and stowed away in a dry sanitation location.
• All linens are cleaned in high-temperature water.
• Touchless soap dispenser in spa boutique bathroom.
• Mask and gloves are worn when rendering spa services.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, or muscle aches). Arrive at your appointment with a mask on. Arrive only at the time of your appointment.
Bookings
There is a $15.00 booking fee that is applied to hold your appointment. The $15.00 will go towards your appointment and the remaining balance is owed upon service (s) rendered.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment (s). There will be a 50% service charge for appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance.
Late Policy
If you are late, please call or text Kimberly Nicole. We will let you know if your appointment can be accommodated.
No Call No Show
No-call no-shows are charged 100% of the service charge via card on file and are prohibited from booking future services.
Payment/Payment Info
Kimberly Nicole accepts all major credit card forms of payment. Transactions are secure and financial information is never shared.
Minors
Spa services are provided for minors 11-17 years old except for intimate waxing. A parent and/or guardian must accompany a minor during services.

Confidentiality/Private Policy
All personal information and consultations are kept confidential in an encrypted password electronic software. Personal information will only be shared with the expressed permission of the client or as required by law.

Right to Refuse Treatment & Harassment Policy
Kimberly Nicole LLC has the right to refuse and cancel services for clients who are verbally, physically, and/or ethically abuse towards staff and spa therapists. Spa therapists will respect clients and maintain a high level of professional ethics and boundaries rendered by licensure. All physical contact from spa therapists employed under Kimberly Nicole LLC will be in the scope of practice allowed by the client
